Is a hands-on, one-on-one service designed to help individuals with disabilities live as independently and safely as possible while improving their overall quality of life. It focuses on assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and meaningful community engagement.
Companionship
Companionship is a non-medical, non-personal-care service where a provider spends time with a client to support their quality of life. This can include:

Respite
Respite care is a short-term support service designed to give primary caregivers (family members or guardians) a break, while ensuring the individual receiving services continues to get safe, quality care. It can be provided in the home or out in the community, depending on the client’s needs.
Supportive Living Coach
Is a specialized support service designed to help individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities live as independently as possible while still receiving guidance, structure, and encouragement.
As a Supportive Living Coach we will work one-on-one with a client in their home and community to teach, guide, and reinforce independent living skills rather than doing everything for them.
